skimmer questions

    I recently bought a set up that came with this skimmerhttp://www.thatpetplace.com/pet/prod/246498/i/1/product.web . Heres my questions

    a. Is there any where I can get some instructions for this?

    b. I know nothing about skimmers yet, how high should the water level be in the sump for this?

    c. how do I adjust it?

    d. it does not have the blue cap on the side pipe this one has. Does that matter?

    e. is this a good skimmer?
