Skimmer selection, noise question, INS 135

    My new 125g tank will have a sump with 13" x 17" skimmer chamber. I have an opportunity to get Reef Dynamics INS 135 for it.

    Questions:
    - Is Reef Dynamics 135 quiet? Noise is one of my main, if not THE MAIN, concerns.
    - What skimmer would you get. Talking sub $1000 range. Has to be quiet, no crazy noise or vibration.
