skimmer to big?

    Can a skimmer be to big? If you do go bigger are you setting yourself up for constant adjustments?

    I always say to go bigger. Especially if you upgrade in the future as the addiction gets greater :)

    I don't believe you can get one that's too big. I would suggest you get one thats rated for twice the size of our tank.

    You can over skim but that leads to fun things like extra feeding for the coral and fish. Or possibly even more fish. It alot easier to make a clean tank dirter than it is to make a dirty tank clean.

    Go big.
