Skimmers?

    What are considered good quality skimmers ? that are not astronomical in price if possible i dont want to be cheap but try to be reasonable too. Thanks for any Help

    what size tank Saltyfishluver?

    do you have a sump or will you be looking for a skimmer that hangs on the back

    My preference is reef octopus, but as stated above.. whats your tank size, do you have a sump, do you need a HOB... so on and so forth.

    +1 on reef octopus extreme, but as questioned above depends on your set up. Craigslist can be your friend on used equipment as there are many different quality brands of skimmers out there, PM, DEL-TECH, ESHOPPS, CORAL VUE (reef oct.), ect. Just stay away from sea clone as I had one at the start and complete junk IMO.
