if you want more shrimp I would try a diffrent species or try a rescape and try again

agreed I hate it when I play creator even on a small scale because I cant do a good job compared to god (has alot more time to devote to the big tank than I do)

I think i will stick with the two shrimp and the Narcissus snail in my tank :p They get along so well and i think it is fine the way it is :)

The shrimp i returned to the store seemed to like being back in its original tank... As soon as i dropped it in the big tank, it *swam* towards its old spot near the corner.

The poor thing. No more whiskers, lost two of its legs, and half of its fin. And yet it still swam like a boss back to its spot. The owner of the store told me, he will take care of that shrimp and we called it Lucky :D

In any case, thank you all for your help :) I appreciated the time you gave me.

No problem. You did the right thing.

FWIW, after just a few molts, it'll be good as new. :)

I had two of these Cleaners together in a my 55 for 10+ months and they always got along, until last weekend when one started attacking the other. I got him out and placed him in my 185 where he died a few hours later.
Both these guys were eating and happy are two shrimp could be until one went rabid... I guess they have their reasons for dong what they do??

I will not be giving this shrimp another partner!

Mother Nature is a mystery to me :D

The shopkeeper called me today, and he said the shrimp did indeed molt and the whiskers are growing back slowly :D

    *does a small dance*

Glad the little guy is doing well :)
