skunk clown, charged with homicide

has anyone here ever had a pink skunk clown eat other fish? first it at my 6-line wrasse and now my damsel.

Really? IME the skunk clowns are the mildest mannered clowns.

 

What makes you think the clown is actually eating the others? Are you witnessing this, or are the other fish just disappearing and only your one clown is left?

 

I wouldnt doubt it could kill them defending its territory but I highly doubt it would eat them. Maybe there just lost somewhere in there.

 

Eat I guess "eating" would be cannibalism, this was just homicide... funny thing though, he was the last introduced.
My thought too, though this was a mild mannered fish.

 

You sure they didn't jump out of the tank?

 

My 6-line just decided to go carpet surfing after I added my tang. He's now a 6 line potato chip. If spooked, they jump - check the floor around your tank.

 

Nassarius Vibex will eat a fish rather quickly if he dies at night enough of them could have him gone by morning. Dont judge the clown so quickly, let the jury decide his fate.
