Pictures to follow soon (by the time I thought to take a photo, my light was out and didn't want to disturb the slumber of the fish)... I found tonight a black spot on the side of my scarlet skunk shrimp. Any one have any ideas what it could be and/or if I should be worried? He doesn't seem to be acting any differently, still goes after food and is generally active. I realize with Thanksgiving, probably will be hard to get a response soon, but as soon as anyone can reply, I'd appreciate it. I'll try and post pictures tomorrow.

yep same here... it should go away when it molts. If not then you can push the panic button. ;) But i wouldnt worry about it for now.
