A few nights ago I noticed that one of my previously fine skunk shrimp was lying on its side and dying. It was gone the next morning. The morning after that my other skunk shrimp disappeared. Their deaths were so close together that it leads me to believe fowl play was involved. My thoughts on possible culprits:
Blood/Fire Shrimp (He's killed shrimp before)
Algae Blenny (Just a mean fish)
6 Line Wrasse (I heard they can be shrimp hunters when they get big and mine's pretty big)
    Sally Lightfoot Crab

I'll post more potential issues as I think of them. Its not a parameter issue as all of my other inverts/fish/corals are fine and it was only the skunk shrimp that died.

How big is the Sally? They can become agressive as they get bigger.

I have a cleaner shrimp in the tank with a blood shrimp also and they have no problems together. I also have a purple spiny lobster. But I do have a sally crab in another tank now, all my shrimps and crabs would die when she was in the reef tank. My Blennie is aggressive by chasing things but not by killing. My sally is huge and mean, I dont think they should be kept together or with other shrimps. I havent had a shrimp die in a long time since I took sally out. Thats my experience. Good luck.

The blood shrimp is gone, ruling him out of the investigation. I'm leaning towards trying yanking my large sally lightfoot and seeing if that works.

Yeah, sounds like that will work. The skunk shrimp are a pricey meal for the Sally. I had three skunks, I don't know what happened to the third but the two remaining are large ( I think they ate the third-wheel shrimp....) Good luck!

Could it possibly be the six line? LFS employee said that six lines can take shrimp out when their molting but nobody else seems to have had problems.

It could be, but I believe that you would see the six line being aggressive to the shrimp when you're looking in the tank. When I put skunk cleaners (small ones, but I didn't think my six line would mind) in my nano the six line wouldn't leave them alone and I had to yank them. I think that it's more likely that it's the Sally.
