I'm acclimating a mushroom rock I just bought, and in the bag there is a thing that looks like a slug crawling around in the bag. I tried to get a pic but I can't get it to come out right. Does anyone know what it is and if its bad?

Just remove it to be safe. Could be anything from a Stomatella snail, safe, to a nudibranch.

Yep...looks like a Stomatella. In the future, keep them...they're a great "freebie" for you CUC.
