Ive noticed that not only do I have some cyano, but on the same rock there is some single stranded grass looking algae growing out of the holes in the rock. I watched a hermit crab mow down a few pieces, but not sure what it is. Tank is 5 weeks old. Nitrates/nitrite at 0. Use only LFS water. Will try and post a pic

Most likely Green Hair Algae, some pics would help a lot though.

Yup sounds like GHA, I had some of it start up on me as well. However my issue was light. I have a HOB fuge setup and the light over it during the night time hours was getting into my main tank. Each place where that light entered the main tank began to grow GHA. So I fixed that issue and GHA died off.

+1 on GHA, check your phosphate levels too. Excessive light and minor phosphates, feed both the Cyano and GHA.

GHA, your tank is 5 weeks old. it's part of the cycle, it'll eventually pass.
