Small little white guys on my tanks glass.

    Hey so I just noticed yesterday that I seam to have some little white insect looking things moving around on my tanks glass. They are extremely small and have two antennas and a little tail looking thing.
    Just wondering if anyone knows what they are and if there good or bad.

    Most likely they are good, copeopods probably. Congrats!

    Isopods...... Copepods. The larger in the pic are isopods and the smaller are copepods.

    They look crazy! how big are they? do they bite? I know they are good and i hear about them but how do you know when you get them? Sorry newbie question

    You will see them at night the most. In one of my tanks I have so many that they start coming out before the lights even go off...
