Went to the lfs yesterday. Couldnt take pics but ill get them up later today when I go back.

They had a custom 1 gallon nano w/ 1gal hang on sump.

Pretty interesting concept. Heres a discription...

1 gallon rectangle tank. Small power head pumps water into a square tank behind it. Inside rear tank is some floss, bio balls and a return line at the water line. The rear tank is slighly high so gravity fills tank. Small heater in rear tank, with some Macro Algea small live rock and tiny frags (montis, bubbles, ktrees, zoos and assorted mushrooms. no nano skimmer.

Its live stock. Coral bandit, blood shrimp, couple of hermits, couple snails a small star ive never seen before and "dwarf gobbies" Pretty cool looking fish.

I was wondering if anyone has something that size. It looks like a desk size. You can stare at it whie you work....

i think keeping a cbs with other shrimp in a tank that size is a mistake.

but there is a guy around me that has a 1 gal reef. the trick he uses is replacing half the water with water from his big tank every day.
