I just tested my params and came up with this: These results were with an API test kit that I got with my purchase this weekend expect for the nitrite. I think that the other test kit might be bad.

    Ammonia: 0
    PH: 8.4 roughly
    Phosphate: 0.5
    Nirtate: 0.0
Nitrite: 0.1 (with old test kit)

If your still looking for a fish that eats algae.. Check out lawnmower blennies. They tear it up. My buddy has one, its a voracious little thing, gets after that algae like its mad at it haha. Although, if you don't already have any, get a couple big snails.. I forget the actual name at the moment, but the golf ball sized ones.. I have 3 in my 40 and they do a great job.

I will have to do that for you, it has just now been set up for 24 hours. I've heard that it can take up to 72 hours to break in, so we will see. Still blowing out a lot of micro bubbles though, but I haven't had time to mess with it since I've been home tonight. And thank you for the complement.

I just wanted to do a quick comparsion of where I was at at the end of June when I finally got LR and corals through today lol. Here is a pic of my 16 gallon when it was saltwater:

Everything looks completely different. I'm happy with my progress lol. :)
