Do you have it placed by itself with nothing else around. I guess their sweeper tentacles can be harmful to other corals.

Yeah, there supposed to be pretty short though, a few inches. But I have a clam 2"s away and a blast about 3"s away and haven't seen any ill effects as of yet. The clam keeps slowly heading that way so I'm letting him go instead of uprooting him. I'll move the hammer if I see a sigh of anything

Ok, so whatever the frags were on I have no idea. It was just a bunch of random frags I guess glued to this thing lol. I did get a bristle star for a hitchhiker as well as another feather duster. :)

I put the mushrooms in my garden, the leather is all by itself now (with some great polyp extension), the zoas are over by the zoas I had and I put the pays all by themselves.

The hammer coral is really small, I put it on the sandbed, or in it I should say so that it would stand up. I have no experience with LPS, I hope he isn't to small to make it.

He will make it as long as you don't blast it with flow. My frogspawn, which is like a hammer, liked low flow and medium light. I've heard they usually like medium flow.

Ok, medium flow is what liveaquaria suggested with moderate light. I have it in the middle of my tank out in the open on the sand bed, we shall see how he does. ;D
