    Yeah my torch and hammer liked mod light and flow much more to low light and flow. i just moved my torch up to mid high light just to see what happens, so far he seems happier.
    My frog is not liking the move to lower light and flow, so he'll be moving up again.

    As for the hammer baby, I tried growing one like that for Seano, but hermits etc kept it tumbling and beat up. I'd suggest putting it in a little glass bowl with rubble and a cover to let him grow and strengthen a bit.
