    Anyone know what this is. It is the best pics I can get with this little point and shoot. It has like a half clam shell on top and the body of a slug. Tanish shell with a hint of a white stripe down it.

    Yeah, soon you will have many. They reproduce very quickly and sometimes you end up with black ones too. The black ones are pretty cool looking. Stomatella shells bear a superficial resemblence to abalone shells--lovely nacre color on the inside.
