Snail starting to go inside skimmer intake tube! help!

    My figers are to big to reach inside the little chamber that surronds the intake tube in the tank. It's a reef ocotopus bh 800s and the snail is inside, i turned the skimmer off but how do i get him out. It's a big nerite snail!

    let him go, he will stop eventually. or go through the skimmer, one or the other.

    i was able to get him out, i took the chamber or whatever it is off, i was worried that he would skimmer would crash because of it. Now it's not working properly but i have to leave the house and try to get it to work again
