Anyone have any idea what this thing might be?? I tried to take a pic of it with the phone. Will try with camera also in a bit. It's really tiny and it moves like a slug. And when it wants to travel a distance. it stands up basically and lets the water current carry it away. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1367072492.017125.jpg

Nudibranch, most likely it will eat one of your corals. Remove it.

Check your zoas carefully for any eggs it may have laid.

    Congrats on finding it.

there was a slime ball whitish looking stuff next to it on the coral. I removed it also. I'm hoping that could've been the eggs. lol. I guess time will tell in this hobby.

Kinda odd, that's not one of the species that normally feeds on zoanthids. It looks like it has an external gill like a dorid, although the tiny animal in the middle of a big pic makes it hard to determine for sure. If it has a feathery external gill near the rear end, it's not a soft coral or zoanthid eater.

    Cheers,

    Don
