    this probly is'nt it but it never hurts to check your salinity meter against your lfs.you can install a ground prob and if it changes anything then you'll know you have stray voltage.you should have one anyway just in case.hmmmm,so should i but i've been lazy.

    My hermits kill my snails for bigger shells. I even put large shells from lfs and the hermits won't use them. but then again, I've seen em kill smaller snails too.???

    red in water, black on ground but I'd just put one in, since they're so cheap and it might just save you from electrocution one day anyway~! they're like 10 bucks at any lfs..or pm tangster....he'll help you out.
