    Yes I would say so! I just ordered 50 empty shells from reefcleaners.com at .07 each and they gave me well over 100, my hermits are all very happy and all of them switched shells lol

    Anything you would feed your fish. Flakes, pellets, frozen, small pieces of raw table shrimp, etc...

    they are scavengers, you dont feed them they just eat left over food and other stuff like your fishes poop and dead hitchhikers and such. or algae. i would get alot more empty shells thats always the prob i have

    That's why you always have that problem, they're not getting enough to eat.

    Agreed, thanks SushiGirl for the heads up. From now on, once a week, I will feed them pellets or frozen food (I defrost before I put it into the tank)
