Those zoas are gorgeous. It'll look so cool when they've all grown up all over the rock. Will the colors all mix in? So like blue next to green etc

added 8 astrea snails as you can tell. Hopefully theyll do their part! I also blasted some of the cyano off my rocks, and i scooped the stuff off the sand. I regularly disturb my sb so its cool... lol Im not gonna have like super nitrate problems. And im gonna do a wc tomorrow or monday.

This morning kicked off the beginning of "lights out" in the tank. Im hoping this will be the last straw in fighting this cyano. I have a lot of faith. Each night i see the cyano dissapate more and more, but it rapidly grows right back during the day. Im guessing a day tops maybe 2 and my tank should be looking great.

Im going to stop by a lfs for some cheato that i can throw in my aqua clear. I have just the light to grow it properly now. I may even add some sand to it, to give it a chance to catch hold. Just worried about it getting in the pump. Ill add a small amount, try it and go from there... hope my corals wont be too affected from this change. I also plan on doing a water change as soon as the tank sees light after this ordeal.

Heres whats currently happening in this tank. Its almost been 24 hrs total lights off, to help me battle this cyano. I checked on the tank and shot this video real fast to show the set up. I changed the maxi jet 1200 to the circulation pump mode and removed both the Koralias. Needless to say there is some hella water movement in their now lol. One koralia is currently mixing a nice batch of water for the water change that will ensue immediately after I go lights on again. ( in about another day, day and a half ) I have faith ive taken the right steps to make this a nuisance algae free zone! lol lets hope.
