    3 problems.

2 leaks. one at the overflow box bulkhead gasket... idk how to fix it. I try tightening the large nut inside it but i cant turn it any tighter, my hands are too big. The other is at the "T" for returns. I hit it with some pvc cement. hopefully thatll fix it

and the other is my Effin sump baffle came loose!!! @#*@#&&&@#$%$&#%^&%^#$%!#$%!#$ just my luck man im seriously mad enough to hit a child. Im going to have to re do that again... awesome. This tank is never going to house fish...

Remove the bulkhead and make sure there are no burrs present anywhere it, the seals or the nut. Remove them if there are. Check to see the nut is not damaged otherwise. You may need to replace the bulkhead. Keep the seal if you do have to replace the bulkhead. I t can be used so you have a seal on the inside and the outside of the tank.

Preciate the help 2. I emptied the tank, and took apart the over flow box. I filed down some glass shards, and i also tightened the bulkhead into the fitting a lot more. I also made sure it was FLAT! oh and dry too, i think it was a tad damp when i applied it last... and i think there was a slight angle, allowing water out.

Any who i fixed (at least i think i haven't tested yet.) that and the "T" fitting. The pvc was barely in there, so i made some skuffs in the pvc with a drill and brass wire wheel. I was very generous with the cement this time too!

Lets hope these repairs worked. I still have yet to do the sump baffle bc i dont have money to get silicon right now. That shouldnt be too hard though. As long as it just stays in place, she doesnt have to be water tight. Its jsut going to be a tad cramped under the stand, but whatever. just another set back in the road to success.

It's all good brother. I wouldn't learn if I didn't make mistakes right lol. Just time consuming. Hopefully my repairs will hold. I'll test her again tomorrow. And your right John is the man. He's helped me so much.

Glad you're handling things without cutting corners, otherwise it will come back and bite you really hard.

    Keep up the good work!
