Looks nice, did you paint the bottom of your tank for your barebottom? i did mine black on the bottom and really like it.

No i didnt, i painted the top of the stand black, It looks alright. Im satisfied.

 

My goby decided it be fun to slide down into the sump last night... I found her in the return section. Good thing she didn't get in the pump. Lucky little devil. I hope she doesn't do that again, or i may leave her down there! In the fuge tho lol.

Im going to do a water change tomorrow. Im getting the water mixed now. about 10 ish gallons, just to get some of the crud out.

Im going to order replacement filters for my RODI as soon as i get paid. Mainly just my DI resin. but might as well get all of em new. Other than that. No changes. Cardinal still could careless for flakes, but is eating frozen mysis.

No they sift it, yes but they get most the nutrients she needs thru flakes and frozen.

 

Came home from working today, and i noticed my hermit was munchin on the body of my cardinal. My brother said when he was in the room, it was swimming weird... idk.. sucks. Im not going to have any more of those guys in the tank...

i guess today was the best day to die tho; i had mixed like 15 gallons of sw for a water change i had scheduled for today anyway. i cleaned my skimmer too. Wasn't real dirty just thought it wouldn't hurt.

Other than that, tanks a little cleaner, but the same minus one...

S'all good man, you live n learn. I know ill probably never touch a fish from that genus again. Idk if they need more nutrients i wasn't given em, or more frequently.. idk. Cool fish for sure, but never again.

Woke up this morning and i saw my clown nipping at the glass. I look closer and i see little white specs getting munched on. I though it was something growing on the glass, but its not
Tons of these pods. From what i saw on the front pane, theres a few diff kinds. Some are very tiny. Hopefilly when i add chaeto into my sump, theyll flourish even more. Theres no tellin how many are in my rocks, or in the fuge now. Either way im happy!



While i had the magnifying glass out, i took one of the barnacle on my snail. Ive got a couple on each one of those guys. lol.



My clown is getting chubby, and now i can see why. He knows where the buffet is. lol
