Over the past couple of days I have developed what looks like a brown cyano but is like really slimy. It looks like the waste material that corals put off but it brown and all over the place, ANY IDEAS! I checked my water today at the LFS and everything is good!

Your water is not fine. The dinoflagellate bloom is sequestering the nutrients faster than you can test for them.

Wont that just make the problem worse? Anything that eats dino will usually die! Then you will have the results from the die off...not to mention loss of money!

Bump up your pH, siphon as much out as possible, turn off lights and decrease feedings in tank
