...Why are people wearing coats in 23 C weather??? It's almost at freezing here... And the snow "storm" should be hitting us in about an hour. But we live right on the west of the eastern US mountains, and they normally always screw the weather up. So we've learned to never get our hopes up for snow. We've had it snow on days that were supposed to be sunny and 40 F. But the view of being surrounded by mountain ranges (even if they're very small mountains locally here, IE <2,000ft) is well worth the crazy unpredictable weather we get. Plus, we are in the valley between 2 ridges, and these ridges have successfully hopped a tornado over us :D Gotta love the ground protection from freak tornados :)

Oh man...snow!! Don't get me started about snow. I don't mind the frigid temps...just the snow, slush...general wetness. (lake effect snow is not my friend).

yep... good old snow was on the car this morning.... had to brush it off.

Chicagoans are the worst complainers when it comes to snow. everyone complain bout it.... same old s*** every year. Weather is probably the number one conversation topic here.

Of all places in the world...H-Town got snow (the whole globe is warming up, but Houston is freezing...go figure). Up to 5 inches in some parts. Of course, I am in the area that none stuck, just floated down. The girls were disappointed, wanted to make snow angels!! Haha!!

    saw the snow this morning

I hope its not bad as last year. It just started to get cold (in chicago terms). I'm already ready for summer and dreading driving, potholes and cleaning the driveway.
