So here I was thinking this would never happen to me

Power shortage in my neighborhood, and it is only in my neighborhood as I see plenty of light in town. This is in Geneva with 20cm of snow....mega lol... We get snow every year and some how it's always a surprise.... Anyway should be solved within the hour, we are good at fixing embarrassing situations such as these

 

I now live in the Midwest USA. It snows here EVERY winter also, yet some how, when it first gets slick, there are lots of car crashes! Go figure.

At least you have a good attitude about it.

 

Public transport is owned by the canton here. You would think with December approaching they might consider putting chains on their buses....no!... Most of the massive traffic build up (aside French drivers) are caused by local public buses

Haha its very true, as soon as we get 2cm in France it's the apocalypse.

 

Pan you are the closest individual to me border wise. But honestly you guys suck at driving manners wise, I had behind 5 car line and i let one French man pass in an ambiguous situation... Do I get a thank you!?.....nope.... This was in France however! Once in Switzerland you seem a lot more humble on "our" streets

Slightly off topic, but I think I'm in the spirit of things. I live in Houston. I love Houston. That said, the once a decade it snows here, I'm inclined to just pull out of my driveway, find a tree, and drive into it.

Save myself the 45 minutes it would have taken me to get into a wreck on the roads.

Spend a day driving through Paris, and it is easy to see why one can become an aggressive, thankless driver! Even Lyon can be quite hectic. Same reason why drivers from Massachusetts are called Massh***s!
