So I want to use my 29 I have in my room for a fuge for my 125 . The 125 already has a huge sump I bought. Full of rock. I have the salt to mix the water. And also 150 pounds of white play sand and I did do some research and it seems fine. Add some of my sand form my 29 and it should seed in no time. Right? So I'm thinking.
Mix all water with salt get right salt level add sand. Add my sand. The add my water from my 29 to top off tank. Then add my two fish. Everything else died btw. And my lta zoa rock nem frog spawn to the tank. Also my live rock I have. And I should not have a cycle correct? I can do this is one day?

Sounds pretty reasonable if I am following you right. The fish are from your 29 and you are adding them to the 125?

I would add the sand first and cover it with a towel of plastic wrap to keep the water from stirring up a cloud, then add in the mixed water. The stirred up sand from the fuge will get into your sump and DT otherwise.

No you shouldn't have a cycle. Sand has very little bacteria compared to your live rock. If there is no dead material in the sand then you will not have to worry about it causing a cycle either.
