So I think I have some juvinile mantis shrimp in my refugium

    it says baby star fish but if you watch for a minute you will see one of the amphipods or whatever they are

    I knew they weren't baby mantis. There is a reason no one is breeding them for the hobby....the babies are cannibals. LOL You literally have to put each baby in their own breeding cup with an airstone and do a waterchange on each cup daily.

    Yea see what i mean I never thought that they got that big that sucker is HUGE there are a few of them that big in there.

    Im glad its not a mantis. Me and the wife are gonna be setting up a mantis tank though both of us love them so She gave me corprate approval to get a nano tank to put one in. So one of these days ill be getting one. Best thing in the world to have a wife that loves the tank too.

    And as far as the pods Reefcleaners.org im sure those hitched a ride in on my mangroves cuz before that I had some copepods but never amphi so. Thats a good thing good price on the mangroves and get super pods free of charge. :)
