All kinds of little bugs on my glass of the aquarium. Think its pods but there small cant take a good pic cuz the camera wont focus that close. There small white little guys just was hoping it was pods and not something bad! They were there today and even with the light on. And seems to be some swimming in the water too! What do you guys think? Gonna break out the digital later and see if i can get some pics with it

Haha if it pods ill be so excited lmao

Most likely pods. Copepods or harmless Isopods.

Little white buggers that appear to have multiplle appendages or legs? These are tiny jelly fish. They will go away on their own. I have had them and they do not harm anything.

If they are on the glass, i would assume pods. That just means you are on the right track.

There pods I got a magnifing glass and got up close last night and you could see clear as day that they were pods.. Just kinda got me cuz this is the first time I have see them at all. Back when the tank was first setup I put a bottle of trigger pods in there. After about 2-3 months was kinda wondering if they made it. Never saw them again after that. Now on the glass there has to be over 10,000 of them. Looks like the plague hit the glass. Its kinda cool cuz I want a dragonette eventully but what im really waiting for is them to populate really good for ovious reasons. So maybe in a few more months the thought might come into my mind to pick one of these picky eaters up. But for now im just gonna wait and let them breed like mad. I have a pod farm in a 10 gallon tank in the other room right now so. Will be adding more once I get some in there. But atleast its a good thing. Had a battle with ich lost a few fish and something else came out of it that was good. Added some shrimp and the fish that did make it are doing great now. Think im gonna stay away from tangs for awhile. My next new addition will be a diamond watchman gobe and then that will be it for awhile. Love to watch them move the sand around!

Oh they are pods! I looked on my sand one day to notice it MOVING! I looked careful and saw that they were indeed pods. I have them EVERYWHERE!!! Now they realize I have glass so they are on my glass now even with they lights on. I have nothing that eats they (not sure if Gman eats them when he sifts the sand) but they are multiplying like crazy now. Congrats on your new find!!!!

I'm huge into my tank. I study it everyday. My husband is getting more and more into as it evolves. Noel went crazy on the snapping yesterday and my husband laughed, smiled and giggled everytime she did it. I catch him gazing into it randomly and asking me how the fish are doing. I think deep down inside, he is happy that I got it started. :)
