hahahah okay well i gotta find a cable bc i lost my memory card so everythings on the camera damn i suck with cameras, pics will make it on tonight

so good and bad news, good news it ive been feeding 3 times a day and the fish are active again and gaining color! Bad news is the expensive lap top i bougth 12 days ago didnt want to start up today, so im back on this POS desk top for a week...so i cant load up pictures, i mean this comp freezes if u look at it wrong

 

i think the 1 star thing is funny. i don't know who it is, but i kind of agree... there are a few top star threads on here, but most of them ain't. I actually wish we actively used this feature on 3reef as a community to really help set apart the helpful threads.

we use it a wee little bit, but it's meaningless because it's only ever just a couple of votes...

if i had to judge... i'd give this thread a 1 too unless i see some great pics or something ;D;D8)

 

threads being rated is stupid all together,just bc its not a 5 star to you doesnt mean its not a 5 star to some one else. Whats helpful to one isnt helpful to another, threads being rated is just plain stupid IMO and i think thats why people dont do it. And, no, its not funny at all when some ones tank thread gets rated a 1 for no reason, esp bc that person puts so much into it....not funny in the least

yeah, you've missed the point. It's stupid precisely bc "its not a 5 star to you doesnt mean its not a 5 star to some one else" only one or two people are rating. so what you say holds true and it's dumb.

but if 3reef as a community rated, then individual opinions aren't going to skew it. if the community rates it as 5 star then it's all around helpful (theoretically).

and besides, since it's stupid and meaningless so folks don't do it, then what is the difference if you get a 1 or a 5? I don't understand how on one hand you think the overall rating thing is dumb but on the other you have an opinion on whether or not 1 star is funny. (it's not funny, I agree). I would think that would be as equally irrelevant to you...

 

Holy cow dude, that's a lot of tanks. I knew you had a few but not this many. Where do you put all of it? But back to the main topic of this thread. I think it's awesome what your doing for those fish and I applaud your efforts. Pics would be great too. K+

 

You did good...I see it all the time. Good animal husbandry is of utmost importance to me.....

 

AHHHHH bad news....The copperband didnt make it he was looking bad to begin with, it looked like his "lungs" where hanging out of his gills the day i got him
