    So anyone have an idea as to what this tube looking thing is on my rock?

    it has extended itself but nothing is coming out. I noticed a blue dot on it today and now there are a few more blue dots but they are inside.. it's hard to see.. but let me know?

    A closed zoa or small closed button polyp maybe?

    Looks kinda like a button polyp when it's pissed. Can you get a clearer pic?

    definatly a polyp of some sort. It should open up in a few days if it is or if you have the right lighting.

    My lighting is good. :)

    TY for helping me identify thus far - I'll keep an eye on it.

    Sorry again about the pic, my camera is not really super awesome.. just something to take pics of the kids with and send to grandparents. :)
