Ok so ive got a Kenya Tree or similar, I made some nice frags, took everything out and used Super Glue Gel to attach them to rocks. The problem is literally the next day they are loose again floating around the tank.

I thought the first time that maybe I didnt use enough, or maybe it was too wet - so I took the time to towel dry the rock and even dip the end of the coral on a towel real quick to help it also -

Once i push it down on the rock it sticks great - put it on the frag rack back in the tank, sits there fine - next morning - completely separated from the rock...

Grrr - What am I doing wrong? Any hints or tips? :)

Im not new to reefing but am new to making my own frags.
    Thanks in advance,
    Tom

Softies are very difficult to glue because they get a ncie slime coat. Same is true with leathers.

Forget the glue, you need to rubberband the softie to the fragplug and it will attach itself over a few days to weeks and then you can remove the rubberband if able

If you have a slow flow are put a food container filled with rubble on the sand and drop your softies in the cup. Mesh screen over top will keep them from blowing away. Takes anywhere from 2-14 days to stick but once they do the rubble can be glued anywhere
