I also got a call from my lfs that my tank came in today. I will be hitting the depot tomorrow for lumber to build my stand and I put my 40breeder up for sale on craigslist! The rest of my dry goods should be arriving over the next few days so updates to come : )

Good start. I wish I would have gone with this size tank rather than a 29. Good size.

I like your first choice for livestock. He's cute with his dinosaur PJ's. :)

so another toy came in the mail from marine depot. It was my t5ho 39x6. Unfortunately it was damaged in shipping so they are sending me out a new one. The guy said ups may come to get it but if they don't I can dispose of it however I want. Whats the chance of them not coming to get it lol

What is "damaged"...if it can be parted...I could take it off your hands. ;D

gotta wait 2 weeks to see if ups comes to claim it. But the top panel that covers the fan and wiring harness is popped out of the channel and a little bent. Easy to fix but for the money I paid I want it to be good as new : )

Sand and salt just got here too! Now all I need is my ro/di unit and to decide on what kind of rock I want and it will be rock and roll time. Gonna start building my new stand tomorrow. I think I am gonna go with a box top type design with about 4 extra inches on each side and try to fit my 40 breeder underneath for a sump.
