As for your candycane I would definitely say feed it. I have fed mine brine and it has noticeably sped it's growth. My candycane's feeders are always out, weird that yours hasn't been. Check when the lights go out, my green trumpet which is very similar to a candycane would only accept food after lights out.

Score on the clown. Looking good and its always good to save a fish by moving it to a bigger environment.

Clownfish here go for forty each. Lucky lucky! That is pretty normal behavior for a clown. They are spazzes, but that is part of why they are so popular in the aquarium trade.

Do it as soon as possible to avoid agression between the two. Clowns are members of the damsel family so they can be little snots to eachother and other fish. Keep us posted on the progress. Tank is looking great so far. Not many hexagon tanks that I have seen lately.
