    Incase you all haven't heard.... The Solomon Islands had an 8,1 earthquake that devastated their reefs. All fish and coral were wiped out. 230 feet,from shore to the end of the reef, were lifted out of the water and created a tsunami that killed 37 people.

    So there goes a big portion of the wild corals, probally to never be seen again in the wild. They still have hope however that somehow some of it will survive.

    Yes its terrible what happened there
    poor fish and corals ....people as well :(

    so if you have any corals or fish from the solomon islands, hold on to them, they are now endangered probally.

    I have a wild caught pair of Onyx Percula clownfish from Papau New Guinea (near the Solomon Islands). I am so glad they are safe in my tank - playing in the bubble tip anemone.
