    1) how can a reattach a mushroom to its rock, he blew off his rock 4 days ago and I finally found him in a hole in another rock.
    2) I added my first Coral to my tank 2 days ago, how long for them to be fully active before I start to panic thinking something is wrong?

Mushrooms are an anemone, they can and will move at times or even let loose to float to somewhere else.I've had several shrooms take off on me and just the other day,I had a large red one show back up after months of missing (hiding in the rocks). They prefer lower flow areas and low to mid lighting. They are very resilant and can survive looong periods of time without light.

Also, usually when a shroom lets loose or moves,it will typically leave a small piece of the foot behind, which will grow into yet another mushroom.

As far as attaching, put it in a tupperware bowl with some rubble in a low flow area of the tank and give it some time.

Very good info, nothing to worry about with the mushroom.

No prob, don't worry about target feeding it,it'll do fine with just light and the nutrients in the water column

Wow makes me think twice about adding some to the aquarium! Some of them are still so nice looking though makes me want to risk it. Do they play well with gobies and rock dwelling fish or would it be to high a risk?

No,the only one I have out of 4 different types that concerns me,is the green hairy shoom snatching a fish, but i've had the mushroom for quite some time with no problems other than it killed off some xenia that got too close to it.
