I am trying to document my progress:

    After (about 6-8 weeks): [IMG]

I'm trying to go very slow, as I'm very new at this. I would love a tank full of bright colored coral and happy fish, but I set myself a limit of one new addition every 2-3 months. I actually found that the less I mess with the tank, the better my parameters are- imagine that! I fill my time between shopping trips with photography lessons- I think I might be getting a little better, but the fish still won't hold still. So, for all of us novices out there, going slow and letting it grow is the best advice (can't wait til I get to the 1 year mark!).

It's a 110 wavefront. It's really unique, but it does give a refractive error in the glass at the edge of the wave- makes my rabbitfish look about 12" long!
