I'd say Glass Anemone. Maybe you can find one like yours here:
glass anemone images - Google Search

I don't know enough about them to say if good or bad. I have one in my fuge that is nearly totally clear. I took it out of the dt because I read that some are capaple of actually shooting darts to capture prey.

It definitely looks like an anemone but it isn't a glass anemone (aiptasia). Not sure whether it is safe or not.

That's awesome, it's coralimorph/anemone of some kind, I remember seeing it in one of Paul humann books, very nice score.

    Ball anemone maybe?

Looks identical to one I found in my tank about a year ago, also on the back of a rock. Didn't know it was there til I noticed my Regal Tang stuck to it, convulsing. The LFS told me it is a cousin to the Aptasia. Not as aggressive at multiplying and spreading, but still capable of moving around and killing anything that comes in contact with it. He sold me a Peppermint Shrimp, which completely devoured that anemone as well as the three Aptasias I had.
