    can anybody ID this for me? they seems to grow towards my lights and are getting longer and longer... they seem like they are made of rubber... ;D

    they don't move tho! they just stay there? my hermits and snails don't eat it either.... hmmmmm.....

    Not sure what it is but in the first pic I can see the reflection of window blinds. Is this tank very close to a natural light source? Could be fueling your algae issue.
