I can't get a picture as they are to small but I just noticed I have like a million of these flea looking things every where in my tank. Mostly on the substrate scurrying around. They are everywhere. Is this good or bad.

sounds like a Copepods, shouldnt be a problem. You can probably see them on the glass as well. When I first set up my tank, I had an explosion of these, and it didnt bother anything.
