I found a couple of these little worm like creatures in my refuge the other day, not sure what they are so I took them out just in case. They were both attached to a rock at one end, they are kind of a light yellowish brown color with dark brown rings towards the top. They shrink up a little bit when they get moved around and it looks like they have little retractable spikes or feet that come out.

Here are some ishy pics, best I could get though since they are so small. Anyone have any idea what these are and if I should be concerned about them in my refuge?

Yea kinda figured it might be hard with the crappy pics, they kinda look like really small peanut worms but still not 100% sure. Guess I'll just yank them for the time being.

    Thanks

Does it build tubes in the sand bed (if you have one)? and does it have two whitish tentacles?

No, it's singular tube/worm connected to a small piece of rock at one end.
