Some mild optimism in the face of global warming

I just read this on Sciencemag.org.
Short little article on corals potential adaptation. I thought it was cool.

GLOBAL WARMING
It must be true, Mr Gore said so and he invented the internet so I have no reason to believe otherwise...

 

I was under the impression global warming was now taboo in science. Global climate change makes science seem leas wrong

 

Wasn't really trying to argue global warming. That's been dealt with by scientists.

 

Science...Scientist.....mix in a little Theology...some politics....flip a coin...pay some money...done.....if you read the Mammoth article it states that "scientist", some of whom believe it was not the Ice Age that killed off the woolly Mammoth, but in fact it could be the fault of the first humans on the scene..they state that these Neanderthals burnt too many fires....causing their (Mammoths) demise. LMFAO !! too many fires eat'n those fat bastads I say !!...LOL... I don't know whats worse..that they thought of that stupid chit...or they actually wrote it down....I digress. : / I do like the news letter though...being a free thinker and all..I like to read both sides of the page, so to speak.

 

Fastest way to close any thread is to pull politics into the discussion. No good ever comes of that.
