Until now we have chosen not to impose on this thread but we would like to answer some of your questions and give you a brief update:

    1) Corals were shipped today. Each of you should have tracking information in your email. We apologize for the late update.

    2) As you all are aware, we are still having problems with the timer. We are making changes to fix this issue and get the site back up and running properly as soon as we can.

In the meantime, we will only be having Free Auctions. We understand the timer sticking can be frustrating however, these auctions are allowing us to monitor the activity on the site and better conclude what is causing the time delays.

Also, in regards to the values of the Free Auctions: As the site grows, we will be offering larger bid pack auctions (20, 50, 100, 250 & 500) so that you continue to win the auctions for great values. The item value on paid auctions, as well as, the number of auctions, will also increase as the number of users increase to ensure a fair chance at winning a product and still getting a great deal on it.

We truly appreciate your patience during this time and we hope to have the site running normally very soon.

We do not feel you giving us updates on any thread we have to be an intrusion. On the contrary it is quite welcome. We do understand you are having difficulties and appreciate your desire to figure out the cause and repair it. We will be more than happy to help you in any way needed to get the answers you need. Thanks for letting us know what to look for in the future. We wish you the best of luck in your endeavor and a speedy resolution to the issue.

    What he said. ;D

You just have to have thick skin if you're going to read a forum because some of us *ahem* tend to get a little vocal when they get frustrated so take it for what that's worth that you're going to get the good with the bad.

that being said I think most of us will certainly welcome your participation in this and any thread on these forums after all if we didn't have a feeling of value for the product we wouldn't be participating and if it can ultimately be a win/win for you and us then that reciprocity will continue to grow.

    thanks.

I just finished the dip and placed them in. The Medusa paly is starting to open but the acans are closed tight but the green that is visible does look intense. The yuma is actually opened up. I think it was fooled by the light were I was doing my ReVive dip.
