    congrats 2 in 10

also wanted to make a comment in support of peoples bidding styles and philosophy
if a person wants to bid repeatedly on an item in order to get the price up , in order to reduce the amount of competition for the item, then thats smart IMO

Everyone wants something for 10 cents
but most items will not go at 10 cents
everybody will bid up to a set figure
if your set figure is higher than everyone elses = you win

I see no problem at all, in working your bids so that you reduce the competition by removing the 10 cent coral wanters quickly in the proceedings

    its a competition
and competitions are won by the individuals who are the strongest on that particular occasions

if they allowed 10 buck bids and someone bids 10 bucks when the price is at 2.50
then the people who had hoped to get the coral for 3 bucks are naturally dissapointed

but that in essence is life

if you know the other bidder and in time you will get to recognise regulars
then if they win, congratulate them

if you dont know the other bidders and the price keeps escalating
well thats a completely different subject and only time will tell if that one needs to be discussed or not

Everyone on this page except Steve Wright are on there with the same names as here. In fact most who have responded on this thread have the same names or something very close.
