so shortly after my clown have deposited their eggs (after roughly two and a half/ three years of being a pair) my orange BTA has split.

this literally happened in a days time. now im not exactly thrilled about this.....

i mean im happy i have two (smaller) orange btas but iv read splitting is caused by ether a pristine environment or the opposite, an unhealthy one.

    am i over worrying?

I think that sounds great, good job!

I wish my RBTA, or my much smaller GBTA would split.

I guess I have neither environments perhaps.

If you plan on keeping the eggs, I think you have to transfer them, fed them rotifers, etc.
I'm no expert on this however

They can indeed split when stressed, but that is not the only time. Looking at your tank, I wouldn't worry about it.
