Big order came in from Blue Zoo Aquatics today and I had a big purchase at Fauna recently.

Blue Zoo's Cherub Angelfish is really, really small. And thankfully he immediately started to eat diatom algae. Really very cute.

Their GBTA is also HUGE. This is the biggest one I've seen.

I need to figure out how to take better light balanced photos probably using a polarized flash and finding the right light balance so here are some to start.

Ornate Leopard Wrasse from LFS this Sunday. Paced the glass like crazy and went to bed in the sand really early but he eats a lot and is pacing the glass a lot less now..

    Biggest BTA I've seen.

I'm amazed how small this Cherub is.

Good ole Lawny came out during my quick shoot. I'm glad he eats everything and is mostly a pig.

Day 4 of training ORA Mandarin. At least she goes in the diner now but she doesn't seem to actually eat anything.

    Olympus OM-D with 60mm F2.8 macro.

They're actually the first big additions to a new tank so they're essentially their own QT.

Beautiful bta! Nice additions. I'm new to the game, what is the shot glass for for feeding?

Training Mandarins for dry food feeding. They don't generally eat anything but copepods and amphipods.

I knew about their feeding, but that's cool that you can get them on dry food. Opens them up as an option someday.

Im loving that BTA and the Cherub. I really like its colours. I am going to consider one for my 55g tank after my firefish jumped today :-(.

Have you had success training green mandarins before?
