I got this orange sponge about three weeks ago--doing great so far.

Just got home with 2 more. The first one is a birdsnest.

They told me this one is a Monipora?? SP?? What do you think?

The birdsnest was 9.99 and the Monipora was 18.00.

This is right, it's definitely not a montipora.

The first picture looks like an orange fan sponge, the second is a birdsnest and the third looks like some sort of acropora. Do you have better pictures? The birdsnest and acro look really bleached out.

I believe everyone is right about the acro, however, I dont think it is bleached due to the fact that the mother colony was the same color (White with purplish tips) I have also just googled pics of acros, and there are some that are this color. I hope it is ok as I really like it. I dont know what you are seeing on the birdsnest. I looked at the picture again and seems like it has good color. Can you elaborate?? I appreciate all your input--Corals are still baffling to me!!!!:)
