Some sort of Star in the refugium

    What is this? Is it fine to leave in the refugium?

    It is white and has 5 arms that move independently from each other. They can move pretty quick. The body looks like a regular pentagon and sometimes a circle. There are a few living in a clump of cheatamorpha.

    They are little sandsifting starfish. They don't get any bigger. They are good to have.

    I believe that they are called microstars. I thought that they were baby brittlestars when I first saw them in my tank.

    These live in the cheatamorpha. No sand sifting going on here. :confused:
