    aw poo...r there any programs that dont lose quality?

    hmm ya it does lower the quality...how come the max is now 200k? what did it used to be? my pics r so big lol...

    Most of the pics I upload are done using that Tweak. I didn't find them too bad.

    Try googling some key words you may be able to find some shareware.
