    Tank is not yet 2 weeks old. Live rock has only been in it for 6 days. I just noticed this thing with tentacles growing and was wondering what it may be. Whatever it is its pretty cool!

    opinion, depending on tank size, you dont have to kill it just yet, i like them lol as long as they arent bothering anything.

    Haha, yes..Its bad anemone..Its called Aptaisia..Get a peppermint shrimp or some joes juice for it.

    I am getting a fire shrimp at my LFS on tuesday. If i pick it off and get that shimp will that take care of any future pop ups?

    Kinda sucks lol, i was a little proud of the new growth!

    Yes the peppermint shrimps eat them, so they should take care of it..How big is your tank?
